MSL ONLY accept defective product return to exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Free freight on orders is included on the condition orders will be accepted. For orders to be returned, original shipping may be included in the restocking fee.
MSL offers two replacement and/or return options: 1. Replace defective product (cross ship). MSL will ship a replacement, billed to your credit card, upon receipt of the defective product. 2. Return product for credit. Product box must be returned in "as shipped" condition.
You Must Use Packing Boxes Items must be received in undamaged condition, individual items should be packed in "shipping boxes" which protect the goods so that our suppliers and vendors get them back in good condition. Individual items damaged in transit will void any returns.
Any items that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped should be factory sealed in new condition and include original packaging with all unmarked manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.
All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date
